Our Quality
Yarn
We are using Spun Yarn which is made on Air Jet Spinning Machine. We are using Egyptian cotton and PIMA Cotton for producing Best Quality Yarn
Production
Weaving
In our weaving, we use Shuttles Less,Auto Loom and Air Jet Loom
Knitting
Circular Knitting and Flat Knitting are processes which we use in Manufacturing of knitted fabrics.
Dyeing
We are using Reactive dyeing for cotton yarn’s fabric, for polyester yarn’s fabric we do disperse dyeing and we are also doing Vat dyeing for blended fabrics (PC fabric). We use continues Pad Dyeing prcess for good quality of dyeing.
Printing
We have Digital and Rotary printing, we do printing according to the requirement of our buyers. We do Geometric, Circular and Directional designs printing on our home textile products.
Pre Treatment Process
We do pretreatment process before dying on fabric. This process consist on these following steps.

3, Bleaching
4, Mercerizing
Post Process
5, Finishing (in finishing we do Sunfroze, Resin, Water Proof, Water Repellant, and Wrinkle free.)
6, Dyeing
7, Printing
8, Cutting
